Due to the high interest and frequent inquiries from schools, we have decided to offer the opportunity for the youngest to get to know us better. Starting next year, we will regularly introduce educational trips during which we will familiarize students with our work and explain the vinyl pressing processes at XDiSC.
The pilot educational trip has already taken place on December 12th. Students from the “Great Explorers” School No. 353 in Warsaw-Wesoła visited us along with their guests from the Basque Country, Spain, as part of the “All sounds good! Erasmus+” project. Our guests had the opportunity, among other things, to follow the DMM cutting process and personally choose colors/effects for the vinyl made in the manual press.
Judging by the faces of the students leaving after this meeting, we can say that it was worth it (and that’s why we will continue it) because they were very satisfied. They particularly enjoyed the moment when the vinyl records were being created right in front of their eyes.
