XDiSC is a vinyl/CD/DVD pressing plant that has been offering comprehensive services in the field of optical media and vinyl production for almost 20 years: from project preparation and packaging and printing, through disc pressing, to packaging and distribution of the finished product.
The vinyl record production process consists of several technically complex steps. Some of them even involve chemical processes. The most important thing to start the process of creating a vinyl record is having the right files. The music contained in these files is cut on the master. A matrix is formed from the master in a galvanic process, and the proper plate is pressed from it. Then it’s just a test press, quality control and packaging. Simple right? 😊
