We have just received another (certainly not the last this year) automatic press for pressing vinyl records – Pheenix Alpha AD12.
The AD 12 press, as its creators say, is a machine based on twentieth-century technical drawings, but transformed into a truly modern device. It is equipped with all technical solutions necessary in a modern machine, such as a digital control system or a laser and water jet cutting system. We can produce vinyl weighing 180 and 140 grams on it, in the 12-inch format.
„Listening to the needs of our customers and analyzing the market situation, we decided to make this purchase. It also fits in with our strategy of successive expansion of the machine park. Pheenix Alpha AD12 will increase power and shorten production times”- said XDiSC’s CEO Wojciech Wróbel.
The time of pressing a record on the machine is 25 seconds, which will increase the production capacity of XDiSC by 100,000. vinyl per month. We plan to re-purchase such a press soon again.
